CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I value both your time and mine. A 24-hour notice is required for all services if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may require a deposit to rebook. • If you placed a deposit for a permanent makeup service and cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
